Direction

Hamster proposes strategies for your Goal and organizes the chosen approach into Initiatives.

Set the Goal and follow the work toward it.

Choose a framework for your Goals, track the key results, and see which work needs attention. Your team can review status, health, and ownership in the same view.

Discovery

Explore an Initiative through research, prototypes, and designs before Hamster drafts the Briefs.

Delivery

Your team aligns on the Briefs, then agents build from the Plans and return the work for review.

One foundation under every stage.

Your team and its agents work from the same artifacts, context, Skills, and Routines. Define them once and they hold as the team grows.

Blueprints, Briefs, and Plans

Blueprints describe the product. Briefs and Plans describe the change at hand. People and agents read the same ones.

Context Graph

Code, documents, and conversations are connected to the work, so Hamster draws on what your team knows.

Skills and Methods

Skills are capabilities, such as code review. Methods are processes. Your team defines both once, and every agent follows them.

Routines and workflows

Recurring checks run on a schedule or a workspace event, and your team reviews what they propose.

What Hamster knows grows while you work.

Every Brief, document, thread, vote, and decision joins the Context Graph as it happens, with who and when. Hamster reads it whenever it drafts, plans, or answers.

How the Context Graph works
One connected graph
A Brief carries its Initiative, owner, documents, and threads, across GitHub, Linear, Slack, Figma, and Notion.
Kept in order, over time
Every version is kept, so Hamster can read any day and trace a decision to its thread.
Thoughts that surface early
When a Brief stalls, Hamster says so on the card, and what it is waiting on.

Your agents work from the team’s context.

The Hamster CLI syncs Briefs, Plans, product knowledge, and your team’s Methods into your repo. Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex can build from the decisions your team makes.

Starting work from Routine triggers

Before you start

Where do I start?

Tell Hamster what you want to achieve and share the relevant context. It helps you shape a goal, explore strategies, and propose Initiatives. Research, designs, and prototypes help your team decide what belongs in the Briefs.

What stays in my team’s hands?

Your team sets the direction, shapes Briefs, and reviews the work agents produce. You also define and refine the shared Skills and Methods agents use, so execution follows your team’s standards.

Can I use Hamster alone?

Yes. Start on your own and invite teammates when you want them to contribute. Viewer seats are free.

How does the work get built?

Hamster generates a Plan from an agreed Brief. Bring the Brief and Plan into Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex through the CLI or MCP, or use a configured Cloud Agent on Team to open a pull request.

Does shipping a feature mean the goal is achieved?

Delivery progress and business results are different. Record actuals against your goal’s target, then review them with Hamster alongside the work your team shipped.

What does it cost?

Free includes 10 Briefs a month and unlimited viewers. Team is $40 per creator per month with monthly billing and includes cloud delivery. See pricing for annual billing and the full plan details.

What do you want to achieve next?

Bring your goal and your product context. Start a conversation with Hamster about how to move it forward.
