The Problem We're Solving

In today's fast-paced world, AI has dramatically accelerated software delivery. However, this speed often leads to a new problem: teams building the wrong things faster than ever before. This is due to:

  • The Context Crisis — Product teams are overwhelmed by fragmented workflows, switching between numerous tools like ChatGPT, Google Docs, Figma, and JIRA. This leads to busy work and context switching, hindering efficiency.
  • The Alignment Gap — Static documents (like PRDs and OKR sheets) quickly become outdated, causing a disconnect between strategic "why" and daily execution. This misalignment wastes newfound speed and creates dangerous inefficiencies.
  • The Hungry Delivery Engine — Engineers, now incredibly fast with AI tools, need a constant stream of clear direction and context. Without it, they can't sustain their pace and may build features that aren't truly needed.
